The vast majority of readers cried out loudly: YES! Majorities cannot judge on their own… They want guidance. They want someone else to tell them which is right and which is wrong They want to trust someone stranger with their life, if he is writing in CNN, NYT or the BBC… This is the sad truth of today: people have lost faith in their own ability to judge what they hear…
