[1] Forget that you can also affect things. Accept that you are only affected by things. Die. Let go. And in the whirlpool of death, you will meet life. Where everything is under control. With your affected-by-everything mind and brain. Without your mind and brain that influences everything in return. Write random things. Everything is irrational. Don’t think too much. Or try to control stress. You will do it. Only to be affected by something else (your stubbornness to not be stressed?). Be calm. With no will. You need a powerful will to achieve that…
