[1] Just as the idea of insect-based diets started to be promoted as the "next big thing" (some enterpreneurs have already started selling insect-based food in the US), science came in to justify the new trend. Sure. Eating insects makes us smarter. Sure. Let's ask a lizards eating bugs... Science driven by money interests. A new science... I do not understand it. It seems that I do not eat too many bugs...
